WIP HGUC 1/144 Sinanju - The body.

Wow, that's alot of criticism about me changing the gold trim to yellow, but well yeah, I must point here that, I want my Sinanju to be different with the rest of the groupie builder. =)

So,while I snap fit the armor piece, notice thing that really bothers me. See the pic below.


Wow...that's like, 20degree+ restriction ! SUX.BIG.TIME.

This is absurd, I can't accept lack movement for a 3x faster kit...errr...nevermind. ^^"

So I make some adjustment on the armor piece, see pic below.


HELL YEAH gained back the 20degree to forward movement ! Nothing really secret actually. ;)


Armor pieces. Left is untouched, right is trimmed. Obvious but effective haha.


While that, fixing the arms, oh gawd, another thing I hate.....a split right on the middle of it !

Time to sandwich it both with the help of Mr. Cement Deluxe. & put abit on top of it also so that the split won't be visible again or else, had to re-top cement again for seamline removal..^^"


The finished body part. Looks normal bah, why people disagree with me..*sad*

Anyway, I was working on this kit at hobby shop, which the lighting was orange-ish, so, yellow = greenish yellow, also get critics there...^^"

I WILL SURVIVE ! I Shall not change the yellow trim !

WIP HGUC 1/144 Sinanju - WIP, Start !

Got this redelicious kit, teh uber Sinanju !

1st thing 1st, this WIP will using less foil stickers, especially the emblem.


Out of the box + sprayed parts. Yeah, too bad I don't have gold anymore, so had to resort pale yellow...hopefully will turn out nice, if not, going rage just like the previous hell-ish clean up on MG sinanju....


Foil sticker. Boy, for HG had such size sticker is .....


A runners. Haha....you guys already guessed what part I've already done.


Ossan's technique is fail on me, gosh ! I think can't use hardware sandpaper 'coz too thin, easily tear apart de...haiz..lucky got the tamiya sandpaper somewhere on my work table..

But before that, slot ads 1st.

Chest part. Change the gold to yellow, look so...70's anime color lololz ! But the color stand quite bright for my liking, I RIKE !

HGUC 1/144 Delta Plus : Done.

Well yeah, took me almost a month to finish it, so here it goes ~


A nice slender figure of it. I don't why some people don't like the bulky shoulders though.


Pimp'd with Mr. Metal Color Stainless + Mr.Color Gold for teh awusum pipes ~


So I try to follow the coloring method on 00 Quanta on Hobby Japan, which is using a clear enamel color to paint the clear parts. Mine works nicely ~

While I'm doing the handpaint job....


Somebody "up there" flush the water down. Gosh, chill temperature all of sudden.

But luckily hand paint ain't frosting hahaha ! Nice try Mr. Weather.


So, in MS mode, only the head I like....hmmm..that's mean it's going to be MA mode all the way 'round lolz ~


Flat, not like boxy ReZel.
